Total Body Workout
Combination of Cardiovascular exercises, weight bearing/resistance bands/abdominal floor work. This combination gives you the Total Body Experience!
Warm YoCore
Vinyasa is a dynamic style of yoga that uses sun salutations and a powerful breathing technique called Ujayyi breathing to link poses into a creative, continuous flow. This practice cultivates awareness, mindfulness and presence, as well as the excitement of new and challenging poses and sequences. It is a challenging alignment-oriented practice that develops strength, flexibility and balance in equal proportions. We use resistance bands to build strength and work the core.
Pound Round Workout
Pound - is a full-body cardio jam session, combining light resistance with constant simulated drumming. The workout fuses cardio, Pilates, isometric movements, plyometrics and Isometric poses into a 45-minute series.

BFF (Ballet for Fitness)
Long, lean and sculpted muscles can be yours with the Barre classes . These classes consist of resistance training utilizing the ballet barre and resistance bands to perform isometric and isotonic movements to create a fat-burning and muscle-shaping workout to tone the legs, glutes, arms and abs. No Dance Experience required.  Taught by a professional Ballet Instructor and Group fintes professional.
The Melt Method
Melt is a simple, self treatment technique that rehydrates the connective tissue throughout the body using small balls and soft rollers. This rehydration reduces inflammation in the body, and helps restore balance to the body and nervous system. It's a wonderful addition to your exercise and healthy lifestyle. Zumba for Kids®: The Fitness Program
Sure, chillin’ out is cool. But rockin’ out is a blast! That’s why you’re gonna love the Zumbatomic® fitness program for kids. It’s a fast-forward fusion of the Zumba program’s moves (salsa, cumbia, reggaeton, hip-hop and more) and high-octane workouts designed to let kids ages 4-12 max out on fun and fitness all at the same time. Safe and effective, kids can’t wait to get into the Zumbatomic® groove. Watch their energy and fitness levels soar as they get the groove.

No dance experience is required! It’s for Girls & Boys

Children will learn fitness dances, play fun motivational games, and learn new rhythms and styles of music and culture. All classes are taught to not only cultivate individuality and creativity, but to develop leadership, respect, team work, pride, confidence, and responsibility.

All children must wear sneakers or will not be permitted to participate in class.
